Home Improvement Assistance

We seek to help meet the growing need for housing improvements and neighborhood development in communities where low to moderate income, elderly, disabled, and disadvantaged individuals reside. THE GIFT OF LOVE intends to accomplish this through rehabilitation and restoration of depressed houses into affordable, quality housing; offering repairs to existing low-income homeowners.
Many older homes in the low-income areas of the United States are in disrepair and incur high utility bills due in part to inadequate water heating systems. Replacing appliances such as water heaters is a major expense and is often the last of what a low-income homeowner can afford to do.

Eligibility to receive assistance through the Home improvement assistance program one must:

  1. Live in an Enterprise Zone
